Percentage sealed tenders in the prescribed form in duplicate two covers system (Section-I & II) are invited by the undersigned on behalf of Managing Director, Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited, from eligible contractors for the works mentioned in the statement below; The receipt of application, issue of blank tender documents and receipt of the completed tender documents will be at any of the following offices. Office of the Executive Engineer, KNNL, UTP Division, Ranebennur. Office of the Engineer-in-Chief, KNNL, UTP Zone, Shimoga. Central Office, KNNL, WALMI Building , Belur-Belgaum Road , Dharwad. Registered Office of KNNL, 4 th Floor, Coffee Board Building , Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore . While applying, the contractor should clearly specify the office from where he wishes to collect the blank tender documents. Works put to tender and the category of contractors eligible to tender:

The amount for the blank tender document (non refundable) shall be paid in the form of D.D. or Bankers cheque of a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of KNNL payable at Ranebennur, while applying the contractor should enter the particulars of payment like number of D.D. date, amount and name of Bank. The bank tender documents can be obtained through website www.knnlindia.com and by linking to e-tendering (i.e., once you are in the above website click on e-tender wizard which will link to www.tenderwizard.com where electronic tendering is provided) and can be submitted through Electronic Tender box available there in. The intending tenderer shall submit the completed tender along with E.M.D. and Pre-qualification details. If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a General Holiday, the next working day will hold good. Any further information can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Phone No. (08373-267071). The Contractor will obtain tender documents from the website fill them submit the completed tender document into Electronic Tender Box on the website itself. The EMD shall be scanned and attached to the e-tendering document. E.M.D. should in the form of D.D or Bank Guarantee of a Nationalized or scheduled Bank Drawn in favour of Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd, Payable at Ranebennur, Dist. Haveri, Karnataka. The validity period for E.M.D. shall be for a minimum period of 180 days from the date of opening of tenders. (Section-II) Tender received without EMD shall be rejected. The tender documents requested by mail will be dispatched by registered post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.100.00. The undersigned will not be held responsible for the postal delay if any in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same. The Contractor should have executed water supply work equalant to the amount put to tender and get the performance certificate for satisfactorily completed the work from concerned Executive Engineer for the work Sl. No.1. The Contractor should have executed the false ceiling and wall cladding work equalant to the amount put to tender and get the performance certificate for satisfactorily completed the work from concerned Executive Engineer for the work at Sl. No.2. Two cover system of tendering consisting of Envelope-I and Envelope-II. The envelope-II shall contain the following documents. The contractors Registration Certificate. The requisite EMD in original. Latest income tax certificate Latest sales tax certificate Performance certificate The Envelope-II shall contain price bid only. Note: The following certificates shall be enclosed for manual tendering / scanned and attached to e-tender document. Contractor's registration certificate. Latest income tax clearance certificate. Karnataka Sales tax clearance certificate.
