Ref: 1) This office Tender Notification No:- 4.    Date: 17 / 12 / 2007.

 

Due to unavoidable reasons the dates for receipt of application, issue of blank tender forms, receipt of tender document, opening of tenders are modified  and the work-wise amount put to tender, E.M.D amount and class of contractor and also re modified as under. The Class I and above contractors (including category) can also apply for the works. The additional condition is (1) Experience for road work to the extent of 40% of amount put to tender in a single work in last 3 years (2) Maintenance period for roads is 3 years after completion of the work (except for R.C Centers). All other conditions remain same.

  1. The application for the issue of Blank Tender 07-03-08 till 5.30 pm In the KNNL web site www.knnlindia.com link e-tender or in the office of the mentioned in the note 6 for manual tender.

  2. However on receipt of application along with DD the Blank tender document will be issued in the office of the undersigned up to the working day previous to the day fixed for the submission of tender 13-03-08, up to 4.00 p. m . If the contractor options for e-tendering he shall submit D.D / Bankers Cheque on or before 10-03-08

  3. The date of submission of completed e-tender document and also for manual tendering is on          14-03-08.

  4. The blank tender document and also e- tender document in e- mode will be issued on 12-03-08 below mentioned office  ( Note -6 )

  5. The technical bid will be opened by the first by the undersigned on 15-03-08 at Executive Engineer office KNNL R &R Division Athani.

All other conditions as stipulated in the Tender Notification under reference remain unchanged.
