            With reference to the above reference (1), (2), (3) and (4) the corrigendum and time extension is as follows;

A) Corrigendum:

1.

Agency should have executed atleast a single similar work costing not less than Rs. 3.00 crores in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2008-09 (additional of weightage of 10% per year will be given to bring the value of work to 2008-09 price level)
    Works of similar nature includes canal lining with CD works.

Agency in the last five years reckoned back from 2008-09 (additional weightage of 10% per year will be given to bring the value of work to 2008-09 price level) should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value as a prime contractor), at least one similar work including canal lining with CD works of value not less than;

  1. Rs. 2.00 crores for work at Sl. No. (1)
  2. Rs. 1.70 crore for work at Sl. No : (2)
  3. Rs. 2.70 crores for work at Sl. No: (3)
  4. Rs. 1.80 crores for work at Sl. No: (4)
  5. Rs. 1.20 crores for work at Sl. No: (5)
  6. Rs. 2.20 crores for work at Sl. No: (6)
  7. Rs. 1.20 crores for work at Sl. No: (7)
  8. Rs. 2.10 crores for work at Sl. No: (8)
  9. Rs. 1.80 crores for work at Sl. No: (9)

The agency should have achieved in any one financial year during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2008-09, a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5.00 crores (additional weightage for 10% per year will be given to bring it to 2008-09)
(N.B.:  Changed from Rs. 10.00 crores to Rs. 5.00 crores under Corrigendum cum Time Extension Notification No: 1754 dtd: 21.08.2009)

The agency in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2008-09(additional weightage of 10% per year will be given to bring the value of work to 2008-09 price level) should have achieved in atleast two financial years, a minimum ANNUAL financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of

 

  1. Rs. 7.70 crores for work at Sl. No. (1)
  2. Rs. 6.80 crores for work at Sl. No : (2)
  3. Rs. 10.80 crores for work at Sl.No: (3)
  4. Rs. 7.00 crores for work at Sl. No: (4)
  5. Rs. 4.80 crores for work at Sl. No: (5)
  6. Rs. 8.60 crores for work at Sl. No: (6)
  7. Rs. 4.60 crores for work at Sl. No: (7)

            Those who have already submitted their respective applications shall submit application afresh along with additional pre-qualification documents (if warranted) with reference to the corrigendum issued above.  However, the EMD and cost of blank tender documents already submitted will continue to hold good for further tender process.
